Terms and Conditions
STANDARD DELIVERY Please allow 2 to 4 working days for standard delivery.
The cost is £5.95 up to 30kg for the UK mainland only.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY We are happy to export orders all over the world. The postage charge is dependant on the weight so let us have your order and we will be happy to
quote.
RETURNS Refunds will be made for any items returned in original packing (at customers own expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receipt. (This does not affect your statutory rights). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and do not forget to include you name, address, email address and customer number. Also ensure that all goods are insured against loss or damage. Please note that goods which are returned under complaint cannot be
accepted unless clean and dry. Health and Safety Act 1972.
PRICES Prices are liable to increases beyond our control. If cost of order differs from the prices on the website, we will contact you either by telephone, email or
letter to request your instructions.
VAT
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at current rate of 20%, riding hats
OFFICE HOURS Phone lines are open Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Saturday - 9am to 12pm. An answer service operates at all other times.
PAYMENTS You can either pay using your credit or debit card, or send a cheque made payable to Rich & Son. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque.
DELIVERY TERMS Where goods are in stock when ordered, despatch is normally the same day. However, cheques may need clearing, in which case the goods will be despatched after five bank working days. Should we need to send the order in more than one despatch due to stock availability, you will only be charged one postage (excluding overseas orders). We do require a signature upon delivery, so please let us know where it is convenient for us to deliver - e.g. a work address or neighbour. (Please always quote your home address for authorisation of credit or debit cards). Please note our website is not stock controled so if an item is out of stock, we will contact you for further instructions. « Back |
