16" wheels, two seater exercise pleasure vehicle has reinforced body with padded seat and back rest, to fit 35" to 42" Shetland ponies / Small Ponies, carries two lightweight people, professionally made. An ideal small cart on pneumatic tyres, complete with trace hooks, rein rail and swingle tree. Should be used on even ground. Has a foot brake fitted to ease the pressure of the ponies going down hill. Colour black
